Obituary of Robert A. Yates

Robert A. Yates - Born in Brooklyn, NY, on July 28, 1930, passed quietly at home in Amityville, NY, on February 26, 2014. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, worked for TWA for 17 years, and for Canon, Inc., for 7 years. He was preceded in death by his father Walter G. Yates, mother Louise Yates (nee Tonjes), and brother Walter Yates. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Yates; son Ron Yates, daughters Deborah (Courtney) French and Jennifer Yates (Belynda Greene), and grandchildren J'net (Ryan) Yates-Weber and Joseph Rinella IV. A private service to be held at Powell Funeral Home in Amityville, NY.
