Loving father of Debbie Cunningham (James), Mary Conway (Michael), Kathleen Hickey (Timothy) and John R. O'Shaughnessy, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Michelle, Kathleen, James and Meaghan Cunningham, Capt. Michael, John and Meaghan Conway, Kathleen and Erin Hickey. Adored great grandfather of Richard, Madison, Kaitlin and Ryan. Reposing today (Wednesday) and Thursday 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 P.M. at the Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Rt. 110), Amityville. Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 A.M. St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Massapequa. Interment with military honors Calverton National Cemetery. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The Honor Flight Network300 E. Auburn Ave., Springfield, OH 45501 ATTN: Diane Gresse or the NY Firefighters Burn Center, 21 Asch Loop, Bronx, Ny 10475. Envelopes available at the funeral home.
