McAniff, John J. of Massapequa, L.I. on March 2, 2013. Former teacher in the Seaford School District for 30 years. Proud Naval veteran, serving during the Korean War on the USS Requin. Predeceased by his wife Patricia M. Devoted to his children, Mark McAniff (Gloria), Eileen Daly (Scott), Thomas R. McAniff, Frances Ricci (Anthony) , Christopher J. McAniff(Barbara) and Paul D. McAniff. Dear grandfather of Shannon, Kerry, Rebecca, Patrick, Anthony, Luke, Matthew, Liam, Curtis and Alex and great grandfather of Garion, Kera, Xander and Quinn. Reposing Tuesday 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 P.M. at the Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Rt. 110), Amityville. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10:45 A.M. Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, Massapequa Park. Interment St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
