Helen Schorr, a longtime Amity Harbor resident died Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Arthur S. Loving mother of Nancy Gunderson. Cherished grandmother of Shannon and Lauren Gunderson. Beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews. Mrs. Schorr was also predeceased by her brothers and sisters. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 18, 2023, in St. Martin of Tours RC Church, Amityville at 9:30 am by the Reverend Gerard Gordon, Pastor. Interment will follow in Long Island Cemetery, E. Frmingdale.
