Obituary of Louise C. Deschner

Deschner, Louise C., of Amityville, LI on September 17. Devoted wife of the late Richard P. Beloved mother of Ellen Appold (Bob), Diane Gilmer (Tom) and Richard Deschner. Loving grandmother of Chrissie Alveari, Jennifer Hirdt (Jim), Colleen Westenberger (Scott) and Bryan Alveari. Cherished great grandmother of Victoria Westenberger, Kimberly Westenberger and Ryan Hirdt. Louise volunteered at Good samaritan Hospital and the Good Samaritan Guild for 35 years and also at St. Martin's Church CEPU program for 25 years. She was a passionate about gardening and was the president of the Amityville Garden Club for many years. Reposing at the Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Route 110), Amityville, Thursday from 2-4:30 P.M. & 7-9:30 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 9:30 A.M. at St Martin of Tours R.C.
