Obituary of Lorraine Heberlein

Lorraine D. Heberlein, of Springhill, Florida, formerly of Massapequa Park, N.Y. beloved wife of Joseph Heberlein for 75 years, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on August 6, 2022. Loving mother of Dennis Heberlein (Sharron), Susan Black (Jeffrey) and Janis Garone (Peter). Devoted grandmother of Leighann Burress (Waymon), Daniel Garone (Gina), Jennifer Linch (Kevin), Melissa Kurtz (Michael), Christopher Black (Carly), Kristin Garone, Lauren Black (Travis), Alyssa Daidola (Matthew), and  Michael Heberlein (Chelsea). Great Grandmother of Keira, Joseph, Wyatt, Emma, Lillian and Nathaniel.

Reposing Sunday, August 14, 2022, at the Powell Funeral Home, 67 Broadway (Rt. 110), Amityville, NY, 11701, 2:00 - 4:30 & 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service Sunday evening, 8:00 pm at the funeral home, The Reverend Micah Stumme, Pastor, St. David's Lutheran Church, officiating.. Prayer Monday, August 15, 2022, 10:00 am at the funeral home and interment will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Wading River, N.Y.11792, The family has requested, as an alternative to flowers, memorial contributions to St. David's Lutheran Church, 20 Clark Blvd. Massapequa Park, N.Y. 11762.
