Mary Ann Kleid, cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in Tamarac, FL. She was 88 and lived a full and happy life.

Mary was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 5, 1933 to Richard and Jean Bragoli. She graduated from Prospect Heights High School and soon after married and raised a family of 6 children. Mary relocated from NY to Sarasota, FL, where she lived for many years.  She then moved to Tamarac, FL, to be closer to family.  Mary loved cooking, reading, movies, her pet birds (Falco & Elvis), and bargain hunting. She had a wonderful sense of style, a warm smile, and always engaged others in conversation, sharing her love and friendship.

Mary is survived by her 6 children, Barbara (husband Jay), Karen (husband Marvin), Rob, Rick, Jeannie (husband Chris), and Dan, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  Loving memories of Mary/Mom/Grandma/GG will live in our hearts forever. 

A memorial service will be held Monday, March 14th from 8AM - 9AM at Powell Funeral Home, 67 Broadway, Amityville, NY 11701. She will be laid to rest at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
