Obituary of Ellen Pan

Pan, Ellen of Amityville, L.I. on April 30, 2012. Mrs. Pan was a Professor of Childhood Education at CUNY Queens College and SUNY Farmingdale. She had earned her Master's degree from Columbia University and her Post Masters from Adelphi University. She was also a longtime parishioner of the Presbyterian Community Church, Massapequa, having served as an Elder of the Church and Head of the Nursery School. Beloved wife of Franklin. Loving mother of Evelina Pan (Paul Pugh) and Rita Pan. Dear sister of Stanley Liu and the late Chih Yuan Liu. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 4, 2012, 10:00 A.M., at the Presbyterian Community Church, 150 Pittsburgh Ave., Massapequa, N.Y. with the Reverend Pamela Spence-Bakker officiating. Cremation was private.
