Loving mother of Frank Silvestro (Helen Ogden), Lisa Korsch (Darryl), Denise Wood (Roy), Daniel Fitzpatrick (Katrina), the late Joan Haber (Mitchell), Elizabeth Carreras (Darren), Theresa DeGallo (Dave), Thomas Fitzpatrick (Lori) and Eileen Molina (Christopher). Cherished grandmother of Vincent Urizzo (Heather), Jalisa, Kerwin and Franklin Wood, Daniel Fitzpatrick, Cassandra Fitzpatrick, Brandon Haber, Darren Carreras, Dominic DeGallo, Dylan DeGallo, Samantha, Rebecca and Christina Molina. Adored great grandmother of Nicholas and Charlotte Urizzo. Mrs. Fitzpatrick is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Following a private viewing
