Phippard, Rosemary L., of Massapequa, L.I. on March 26, peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Loving wife of Edward L. Beloved mother of George Weiner (Kathy Serafin), Mary Anne Weiner, Joan Stibelman and Nancy Kanzer (Neil). Cherished grandmother of Audrey Rose Kanzer. Family received friends Tuesday, from 2-4:30 P.M. and 7-9:30 P.M. at the Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Route 110), Amityville. Funeral Mass this morning (Wednesday), 9:30 A.M, St. Martin of Tours R.C. Church, Amityville,. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale
