Williams, Augustus J. “Gus”- of Lindenhurst, N.Y. Beloved husband of Diana R. Williams nee Napoli. Loving father of Linda Jaworowski (Stephen), Richard Williams (Kathleen), Allen Williams (Ruth Flynn-Williams), and James Williams (Stephanie). Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Joanna, Stephanie, Matthew, Nicholas, Julianna, Kathryn, Kimberly, Sara, and Isabella. Caring great-grandfather of Laney, Thatcher, Madison, Sage and another one on the way. Devoted brother of Daniel Williams and Richard Williams (Carmela). Gus was fun loving and caring, he had a great sense of humor. Gus’s favorite thing to do was boating trips with his family. He was full of life and will be missed. Donations can be made in Gus’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and/or American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
