Obituary of David R. Woznick

David A. Woznick of Amity Harbor, LI on May 14, 2018. Beloved husband of 25 years to Dorothy A. Loving son of Mary Jane and the late George Woznick. Dear brother of Bruce Woznick (Christine), Claudia Cohill (Michael) and Arlene Mohr (Thomas). Fond uncle of Alyssa Mohr, Juliann Magna, Christopher Woznick, Ellen Charalambous and James Charalambous. Dear son in law to Donald Faello (the late Dorothy) and brother in law to Darlene Charalambous. David was employed by  T. Smith and Sons in Amityville and had worked for them since the 1990's. In his spare time he enjoyed racing cars and snowmobiles. He also flew ultra light airplanes. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, May 18, 2018 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm. Friday evening Deacon Bill Carter, a member of the family, will conduct wake prayers. A funeral mass will be celebrated, by Father Gerard Gordon, Pastor and Deacon Bill Carter, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 9:30 am in St. Martin of Tours RC Church, Union Ave., Amityville. Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park
