Crunden- Marilyn E. of Amityville, NY on March 20, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Ralph W. Crunden. Loving mother of Patty Phalen (Edward), William Crunden, Mary Ann Powell (John “Rocky”), Ralph Crunden (Karen), Liz Crunden (Joni) and Thomas Crunden (Kristine). Cherished grandmother of Lynn (Edward), Steven (Jennifer), Elysia (Michael), Lauren (Aaron), Connor, Katie (Jordan), Jacqueline (Mike), Nicholas and Meghan. Caring great-grandmother of Riley, Logan, Kailyn, Logan, Caroline, and Hudson. Devoted sister of Gerard Nugent (Kay) and the late Kenneth Nugent. Marilyn was also predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Rose Nugent. Marilyn was born on September 25, 1932 in Jamaica Queens, N.Y. She was a devoted Matriarch and Faithful Catholic. She also enjoyed watching sports especially her New York Yankees. She lived with purpose and loved with all her heart. She will be missed by all that entered her life. Donations can be made in Marilyn’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
