Obituary of Stephen C. Smith

Stephen C. Smith of Amityville, LI on August 28, 2019. Beloved husband of Nancy A. Loving father of Karen Higgins (Stephen). Dear cousin of Gregory Harrison. Cherished son in law of Lottie Symington. Fond brother in law of Wesley Symington (Linda) and David Symington. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, August 30, 2019 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm.  Masonic services will be conducted Friday evening at 7:30 pm by the Amityville Masonic Lodge #977 F&AM with the participation of the Sunrise Square Club. A funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with the Reverend Sandy Koppmann, Pastor, of the First United Methodist Church officiating. A prayer will held at the funeral home Saturday, August 31, 2019 with interment to follow in the Amityville Cemetery. The family has suggested, as an alternative to flowers, that memorial contributions be considered to your favorite charity.
