Closs – James M., of West Islip on July 27, 2019. Adored son of the Late George, Sr. and Mary. Cherished father of Marycathryn, Cherylann (Joe), Jimmy, Michael and Alysha. Caring grandfather of Adrian, Randy, Belle, Hannah and Andrew. Beloved brother of George III (Claudia). Uncle of Georgie and Jimmy. James cherished his animals which was his babies, Chloe or as he called her little kakaka and Ruby. He was the owner of East Coast Sewer and Drain. He was loved by all and will be missed. Visitation Thursday 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm at Powell Funeral Home, 67 Broadway (Rte.110), Amityville, NY. Prayer Thursday 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrrament R.C. Church, Valley Stream. Entombment to follow at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, Westbury.
