Syrett – Arlene E., of Massapequa Park, NY on January 6, 2019. Beloved wife of the late William H. Syrett. Loving mother of Karen Bailey (Lee) and David M. Syrett (Rose M.). Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Stephen, Megan, Lauren and Ashley. Devoted sister of Seth P. Purdy, Jr. and the late Andrew Purdy. Reposing Thursday 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm at Powell Funeral Home, 67 Broadway (110), Amityville, NY. Funeral service Friday 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. Donations may be made in Arlene’s name to Simpson United Methodist Church, Amityville, N.Y. envelopes will be provided at funeral home.
