Janson - Donald L., of Lindenhurst, NY. on May 31, 2017, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of the late Arlene. Loving father of Susan Vandiver and Lori Janson. Cherished grandfather of Katie. Devoted brother of Richard A. Janson. Visitation Sunday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home, 67 Broadway (Rt. 110), Amityville. Funeral Service Sunday 6:30 PM at the funeral home. Prayer Monday 10:00 AM at the funeral home followed by Interment at L.I. National Cemetery with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Donald's name to Canine Companions for Independence www.cci.org or Grace United Methodist Church in Lindenhurst. www.powellfh.com
