John J. Vitale of Massapequa Park, LI on March 12, 2017. Beloved husband of Elaine. Loving father of Robert and James. Dear brother of Robert Vitale (Gerri) and brother in law of Joan Dubin (Michael). Mr. Vitale is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, March 16, 2017, from 7-9:30 pm and Friday, March 17, 2017 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10:00 am in St. Rose of Lima RC Church, on the corner of Merrick Rd. and Bayview Ave., Massapequa. Interment with Military Honors will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, E. Farmingdale
