Ella Mae Harrison departed this life Sunday, February 19, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospital, Bethpage, NY. She was born November 12, 1935 in North Carolina to Maude Kinchen Scott and Ezekiel Scott and was raised in Lawerenceville, VA, graduating from Lawerenceville High School. On September 18, 1954 she married Ollie Harrison and they were married for 51 years with Ollie preceding her in death in July of 2005. Ella Mae made a career in the Mental Health field as a Mental Health Therapist and a Hygiene Aide. Ella Mae always maintained her cheerful, caring, energetic and giving attitude, she loved to shop and was dedicated to serving Jehovah. She leaves to mourn her passing, her eight children, Ethel Harrison, Tony Harrison, Mark Harrison, Lorenzo Harrison, Joan Harrison, Audrey Reed, Sharon Harrison and Darrick Harrison, 24 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and her four sisters, Jeanette Scott, Mary Edith Robinson, Rosa L. Kasperovich, Dorothy Mobley and a host of other family, friends, brothers and sisters.
