Karen J. Kosak of Lindenhurst LI suddenly on November 14, 2016. Beloved wife of John T., II. Loving mother of John T. Kosak,III. Cherished sister of Patricia Crispino (James) and Nancy Yander (William). Dear aunt to Lauren, James, Matthew, Billy, Chelsea, Meghan, Jonathan, Cameron, Caroline, Hannah, Alex, Annmarie and Andrew. Fond daughter in law of John T. Kosak,I. Cherished sister in law of Marc Kosak (Cathleen) and Paul Kosak (Johanna). The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 PM. A wake service will be held Thursday evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, November 18, 2016, in St. Martin of Tours RC Church, Amityville at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
