Cleta R. O'Brien of Herkimer, NY (formerly of Lindenhurst)on July 17, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Thomas E. (Ed). Loving mother of Michael T. (Peggy), Patrice M. Williams (Ray), Mark E. (Cathy), Patrick A. (Teresa) and Elice M. Brooks (Jon). Cherished grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 2. The family will receive friends Thursday 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 PM Thursday, July 21, 2016. Funeral services will be celebrated 11:00 AM at the funeral home Friday, July 22, 2016. Interment will follow in L.I. National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
