Phyllis Ortiz of Forest Hills, NY on February 17, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Peter M. Loving mother of Norma Ortiz (Darryl Maldonado) and Diane Phyllis Ortiz (George Tranos). The family will receive friends Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 PM at the Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Rt. 110), Amityville. A funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 7:30 PM. Prayers will be held at the funeral home Monday morning, February 23, 2015 at 10:00 AM with interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, NY
